How to Get Your File 3D Printed with Imprint3D NZ:
Printing your file with us is a hassle-free process. Just follow these straight-forward steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@imprint3D.nz with your order request and provide the following details:
- Attach the file you want to print.
- Specify the number of copies you need.
- Let us know your preferred print colour (note: we are limited on colours that are available from the filament manufacturers. We will contact you if your first choice is not available).
- Share your shipping address.
- Include any additional information or questions you might have.
- Quote and Confirmation:
- Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a quote and lead time. Your confirmation is required to proceed.
- Payment:
- Upon your confirmation, we’ll send you a payment request. Your print will commence upon receipt of payment.
- Printing Process:
- We’ll start printing your file as soon as the payment is received. Please note lead time starts from when payment is received.
- Shipment Notification:
- After completion, we’ll notify you that your order has been shipped, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Note: Please be aware that when submitting files for printing with Imprint3D NZ, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary permissions and rights to use the provided files. If you do not have the owner’s permission to use or sell the items in the files, you must comply with the file owner’s license agreement. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
